Crosstown I/II demo
So it appears both Crosstown I and II will be demolished and replaced with some three-story office buildings. Crosstown I (which has no article) is the one that was to the east, and is now leveled. (Maybe construction has started by now?) The plan is that I will get developed, then II tenants will move next door so that side can be redone.
