Peter Bollenbacher

From Bloomingpedia

Peter Bollenbacher, or Bolenbacher, (1814 - 1903?) was a 19th century Monroe County farmer and stonemason. Born in Germany, he emigrated with his parents to Maryland at the age of 18, and moved to Monroe County around 1850.

He married the former Rebecca Whisnand in 1855, and they had several children.

After being obliged to retire from his work as a stonemason, he purchased 80 acres of land near Bloomington and lived there the remainder of his days.
