Meg Cabot

Meg Cabot (b. February 1st, 1967) is a children's book author and native of Bloomington and once student at Indiana University. She now lives in New York City and Key West.

She wrote the novel The Princess Diaries, that was turned into a Disney movie in 2001 starting Anne Hathaway and Julie Andrews.

She included material in one of her book's that made reference to the fish on top of the Monroe County Courthouse.
