- 2010-05-17 - Work began on the intersection at College Avenue and Kirkwood Avenue. The stoplight was removed and the road between College Avenue and Morton Street was completely dug up. A stop sign was installed at the intersection with a large warning display along College. On May 20th or 21st a new stoplight was installed and work on the road continued.
- 2010 - A major expansion of Fairview Elementary School was completed.
